Baked Salmon II

This salmon was quite delicious even though I did not have time to let it sit in the fridge for an hour. So it was covered with the marinade in a dish while the oven heated and I covered the dish with foil for the 35 minutes of baking. And I used chopped basil that I had frozen this fall.

Prune Sauce

This is a delicious sauce - just tangy enough to truly capture the flavor of plums and not too sweet. I did spoon some over ice cream tonight (great) but it would go great with any meat. I had no problems with measurements.
