Zucchini Saute
I use brown rice and cook the zucchini before hand. It takes too long otherwise. Another thing that I do after it is done, it put a little chicken/beef stock in it. Makes it taste even better. YUM!!
Love this receipt. So easy to make. Takes a little longer then 30 minutes. The end result is worth the wait.
