Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2002
This is a recipe I would be proud to serve to the queen of England.

Baked Ziti IV

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2003
Makes a lot of food. Made in two 9x9 inch baking dishes and froze one. (Do not bake before freezing). Thaw completely in fridge then bake as directed. Very tasty.

Wonderful soup. Just don't make the mistake of using frozen spinach...yuk! Serve with good quality bread.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2003
Still haven't discovered a homemade chocolate chip cookie I like better! On a scale of 1-10 my son gave them a 12. Update: This is one of the few recipes that I don't alter in any way, shape, or form. Perfect just the way it is. (People even offered me money to whip them up a batch).

Salsa Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2003
This has been a standby favorite for several years. I give it five stars for it's simplicity and versatility. Use your favorite seasoning mix (I use Taco Seasoning I recipe), your favorite salsa, and your choice of cheese.

Jo's Rosemary Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2005
This bread is wonderful. However, being a health nut, I feel guilty eating "white" bread; so I added 2 tablespoons of milled flax seed to ease the guilt. It doesn't change the taste, and adds omega 3. I use the dough setting on my breadmachine and shape into a round loaf. Let rise til doubled and bake 375 for 30 minutes.

No Roll Pie Crust I

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2006
I will never make a pie crust with unhealthy shortening again. I use canola oil for a heart-healthier crust. Roll this between two sheets of waxed paper. Couldn't be easier.

Flax and Sunflower Seed Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2009
Very good. Used flax seed meal instead of flax seed (added it at time of flour).

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2010
I agree with everyone. This recipe is divine. However, I took these and Honey of an Oatmeal bread to a family Christmas party. (I made rolls out of the recipe instead of a loaf as called for). I got more compliments from the Honey of an Oatmeal rolls. Go figure.

Honey Of An Oatmeal Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2010
These make wonderful rolls. Use dough setting on machine. When cycle is done, place dough on lightly flourered surface. Punch down to remove air. Shape into 15 round rolls (knead in slightly more flour if too sticky). Arrange in 9x12 lightly greased glass pan. Cover lightly with greased plastic wrap. Let rise in warm place until doubled (about an hour). Remove plastic. Bake 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn out onto rack.

Baked Ziti IV

Wonderful just as is. Just make sure you use a large enough baking dish and bake until bubbly throughout. The rosemary makes this dish special.

No beef broth? Add 3 1/2 Tablespoons Dry Beef Onion Soup Mix to dry ingredients. Reduce onion by half. Substitute 1 1/2 cup water for broth.
