Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken
Omg! Of course i have my own version, i added rinsed black beans, chopped sweet onion, approx 3 cups frozen corn, extra salsa to make up for the thickness i just added. I served this on a bed of crisp green lettuce topped with hot whole wheat rice and a dallop of sour cream. Cant wait until im hungry again, yummy! Feel free to add extra spices to suit your family

Didnt use sugar or sprite, used lemon Italian soda, that's all I had in the house, my Bacardi is lemon flavour.

Italian Sausage Soup
Yummy! Satisfying! Will make this soup again for sure. I doubled it to give some to my sister. I used what I had on hand, such as, bean medely instead of Northern beans. I used no sodium broth and found I needed to add salt, omitted the spinach, didnt have any on hand, added onion to the meat while browning. I cooked one cup of very small star noodles, rinsed them and added them at the very end. I doubled up on the amount of broth. Served with a loaf of fresh Italian bread.
