Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2010
Thought this was a stellar recipe. I would double the cream cheese part next time! I baked this in a bread pan as a snack cake and it turned out moist and tasty.

Rich flavor thanks to the sweetened condensed milk. Perfect base recipe for adding fruit and other flavors! This is going to my go-to recipe when it comes to ice cream.

You really can't get much better than this! All the flavors come together so well and it's very easy to customize. Add some carrots/ more ham/ shredded cheese.. it's still delicious!

Spaghetti Carbonara II

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2009
Uhm Yeah, this pasta is the bomb! I make this all the time and everyone loves it. I was afraid to make it at first, thinking it was too delicate and complicated but it really wasn't. I reserve about a cup of the pasta water in case I need to thin out the sauce a bit and it comes out perfect everytime! It tastes better than anything I could get in a restaurant!

Mall Pretzels

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2009
Unbelievable! The dough is so easy to work with and they cook up beautifully. We tossed ours in cinnamon sugar and they tasted just like the pretzel sticks we get at the mall! The dough keeps in the fridge for a few hours after the first rising too! Beautiful.

Kimberly's Meaty Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2009
This is a great base meatloaf recipe. You can leave it as is and it's great or you can add your own embellishments. I added a cup of shredded carrots to boost the nutritional value. My husband was so excited to see meatloaf when he got home from work because it makes the best sandwiches the second day!

Hasty Chocolate Pudding

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2009
Really great chocolate flavor. My pudding didn't thicken up as much as I thought it should even though I followed the recipe exactly. Next time I'll try another Tbs of corn starch. I'm going to try omitting the chocolate and have vanilla pudding. This was easy enough for my boys to help out too!

Bread Pudding III

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2009
Great combination of flavors! This recipe is very versatile. I had some left over croissants and they worked great. I prefer a denser bread though, so next time i'll try using bagels. Nice sweetness but I like things sweet. Try using brown sugar for a richer taste.

Overnight Cinnamon Rolls I

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2008
Outstanding!! This is a GREAT recipe. It was about 87 percent humidity when i made the dough and had my doubts as to whether it would rise properly but it did and they baked up gorgeous and cinnamony. My boys were actually quiet for the full 15 min they were eating these delectable doughy delights!! Next time I make them, I'm going to make an extra batch to freeze!!

These potatoes were the perfect pairing with my chicken piccata. I was tired of the traditional parsley potatoes so this was a great alternative. Thanks for the recipe.

Microwave Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2005
This was such a simple recipe!! I needed a quick last minute dessert and this fit the bill. I did bake in the oven for 40 min at 350 instead of microwaving. It turned out moist and scrumptious. I did add a Tbl of cinnamon. Why didn't I think of this recipe sooner??!!!
