Five Minute Ice Cream

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2010
This was surprisingly good. I was skeptical because there were so few ingredients, I didn't think it would taste remotely like ice cream. Boy, was I wrong! Very creamy, almost like gelato. I tripled the recipe and used frozen blueberries. Rave reviews!

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2008
So easy and Delicious! I've never made peanut brittle before and this is such a great recipe to start with. On the suggestions of other reviewers, I started with only the sugar and syrup and microwaved for only 4 minutes(I have a 1200 watt microwave). I then added the nuts(salted), vanilla and butter. I omitted the salt since I used salted nuts, microwaved for 2 more minutes and then added the baking soda. It came out perfect!! Thanks so much for this very simple recipe.

German Potato Pancakes

Wow! Delicious! Just like Mom used to make. The only thing I did differently was use left over mashed potato(like mom). Served mine with warm applesauce. Yummmmmm...

Feta Shrimp Pasta

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2008
I followed this recipe exactly and it was extremely dry and lacked flavor. I made this again changing the recipe a great deal and it turned out fantastic. The pasta and shrimp remained the same but here are the changes I made: 4 Tbls. butter, 1/4 cup diced yellow onion, 1/4 cup diced green onion, 6 oz. Feta cheese, 8 oz. heavy cream, 8 oz. Alfredo sauce and 2 cloves garlic.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2008
Very Good!! Like most other reviewers, I used 1 cup peanut butter and cut out the 1/2 cup from both sugars. Everyone really enjoyed this fudge.

Extra Easy Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2008
This in Not fudge... If you want true fudge, I would recommend a different recipe. This does have a nice taste and a very smooth texture. Cut these into bite-size pieces or you will have fingers full of melted chocolate. Three stars for flavor and texture, but only three for calling this fudge.

Cookies 'n' Creme Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2008
This turned out very nicely. I did add 1/2 stick(1/3 cup) butter to the chocolate chips while melting. Great tasting!
