Wow, I am so impressed with this recipe! Not only were they to die for, they did not flatten out like other chocolate chip recipes. They were a little crisp (not too much) on the outside & nice and soft inside...perfect! The dough seems stiff, but not to worry, they'll turn out great!

Warning! VERY addicting salsa! Excellent flavor & spice and so simple to make. Had to make a second batch before I put everything away! If you find the salsa a little runny for your liking, just add a tbsp or two of tomato sauce with a pinch of sugar...just perfect!! I also add a few shakes of chili powder as another recommended. You must try this recipe! The bread is so full of flavor & light in texture (even using 100% whole wheat). This is probably the best & easiest bread recipe I've ever tried. And I've made a lot of bread. After a few times making the bread, I did make it healthier by using all 100% whole wheat & 1 cup of old fashioned oats (in place of 1 C flour) & 3 tbsp of canola oil instead of butter. Yummy & healthy & the family loves it! However, the recipe "amounts" & "directions are perfect! I like a little bigger loaf, so I actually made only 2 loaves & they were perfect size for sandwiches. Best tasting flour...Bob's Red Mills 100% Organic Stone Ground Whole Wheat (& no wheat gluten needed for this recipe...perfect rise, amazing texture, not too dense at all...beautiful looking loaves. This recipe should take you right around 3 hours to complete. I did all proofing/kneading/rising right in same big plastic bowl. Very simple & easy. Best recommendation I read to help bread rise...turn on oven light & oven for 1 minutes then turn off (leaving light on). Works like a charm! 1 hr & your bread has easily doubled. And to give your bread a little lighter texture, you can do a 2nd rise for 30 minutes. Thanks for the great recipe & all the wonderful tips!

Look no further! These are moist, light & very delicious! Your children will gobble them up in no time! I like to use 1/2 the amount of oil recipes call for, added more milk, & used cocoa powder for a chocolate, chocolate chip treat. I did triple the recipe (had tons of fresh zucchini) so I used 1/2 C cocoa & made 2 doz muffins & 1 loaf. Great recipe!!

Wow!! This was incredibly simple to make, yet full of great flavor! My husband had 3 helpings and is still contemplating eating more. He loves pot pies and this recipe passed the test with flying colors!

Awesome zucchini cakes! Husband thought it was crab. Did use lots of xtra old bay, garlic powder & a touch of cayenne (as others suggested). Also tried panko bread crumbs instead of flour. Highly recommend & will make these over & over again!
