Bread Pudding II

My fiance and his friend loved this i did only use the eggs milk vanilla and sugar. Then used bread i made from here Amish white bread and used it. I sprinkled nutmeg on the top and then chopped up chocolate chunks and sprinkled them on top. They love it and i will made it again for them.

Marshmallow Treats

Used the jar of cream instead of marshmallows worked out fine. But I didn't use the butter. I think the added moisture from the butter caused the other person to have a unset batch. Also i did put it in the fridge for a while to cool it. Was great used one jar of cream and the vanilla and then fruit loops instead. Will use on any of our stale cereal.

Basil Goat Cheese Pizza

Love it have made is so many times i dont need to look at it. We use a pizza sauce on here and then add the goat cheese lots of basil purple onions and if we have them mushrooms. Love it has become a regular for us.

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits

Very good very easy. I tried to make other recipes but they never worked out. This one worked out great. I did get 8 instead of the 6 but thats ok. Also only three of mine are really big and tall like there should be. I think its from not cutting them think enough. They taste great sitting here right now with a cup of early gray and one with honey and butter so yummy. I may try making another bach and freeze them to see if that works. it never fails that i want biscuits mornings i need to be at work and i dont want to cook much at 530 in the morning.

The Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie

Love this have used it many times. I do use all baking powder than they soda they come out fluffy instead of flat. Makes alot of cookies. The only down side is if they sit for more than a few days they get hard. Also i cook them about 7 mins for the chewy cookies.

Creamed Peas

Always wanted to know now my Grandma got her peas like this. I love them. Being a vegetarian I'm always trying to find ways to mix up my veggies. Going to do this one again for sure. I used frozen peas and added what i wanted so i had the right ratio of sauce to peas that i liked.

Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich Filling

Love it. Dont have dill so used parsley was still great. Also used half mayo half Greek yourget worked great. I also used purple onions and added some garlic powder. yumy

Southern Butter Rolls

Love these. We did have to try three times before they turned out right. You have to proof the yeast in 105* water with a bit of sugar till it foams. When they did finally work it there wonderful. Making them tonight for thanksgiving tomorrow. Warm up great in the oven and my fiance even made chicken sandwiches with them. This time useing honey instead of sugar cant wait.

Pizza Dough III

Love this always turns out great. I let it rise for a while longer than 30 mins it makes it taste slightly better and develops a different flavor. We love that we can make two small pizzas a normal one with sauce and things and then a white pizza. Perfect for two people and i love that you can roll it out as thin or thick as you like. I do sprinkle corm meal on the bottom if you dont there is flour left over on the bottom.

Focaccia Bread

Its great simple quick and easy. I didnt have all of the spices but i had italian seasoning so i used two tablespoons of that instead. I added minced garlic after the olive oil then a sprinkling of the spices then parsarum then a small sprinkling of mozzarella. Was great love it will make it again. Oh did proof the yeast and rose very quickly and easyly.

Amish White Bread

Easy, simple and yummy. I have made is several times and love how it comes out with one loaf and two. Is a sweet bread so if you dont like sweet bread i would decrease the sugar. I did use for bread pudding and used the right amount of sugar and it worked great. Was the best bread pudding i have ever made from what my fiance and his friend told me. Is wonderful with butter and honey.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

So great going to keep it. I made these on a whim and they turned out great. Chewy gooey chocolaty. I didnt change anything. They are rich and sweet and you can eat only a small bar. I did put a bit of flour in a bowl and tossed the chips in it before adding to the batter last. They stayed off the bottom and all over the brownie. Next time i may use nuts, pea nut butter chips, or somthing else. Will be making these again and again.

was very good used the dough and left over mash potatoes to make it. i dont think we will buy frozen one again. i did boil them then put in a pan to crisp up with some butter and seasonings. it was yum and easy

Donut Muffins

Love the taste of this muffin. Its wonderful sweet alternive to donuts. I however had a hard time getting them to stay whole. Mine broke apart and crumbled. They stuck to to the pan and an i had a hard time getting them out whole. I dont know if its my pam the spray i used or what but i tried two of my pains and used more spray and it still happened. Will make it again just might use liners next time and sprinkle on the sugar on top. Despite the muffin falling apart i love them and will make them again trying to keep them whole.
