Poached Salmon II

This recipe is lovely... I recommend doubling the liquid and garlic. I flip the fish after 7 minutes and cook for another 5 or so. Be careful not to over cook it or it dries out. I make this all the time.

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

Excellent recipe! Negative reviewers must have made a mistake. I was able to make an awesome cake even though I had no experience using fondant. I made no changes to the recipe and everyone loved the cake. The fondant is a bit chewy, which gives a bit different texture than you may be used to. I used some tips such as a rolling pin and wax paper to apply the fondant and you can fix little cracks with a bit of shortening/powdered sugar. I did not make a huge cake... this may not be the best recipe for that.
