Sweet and Silky Strawberry Sorbet

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2011
It's a good recipe. VERY sweet if your strawberries are already ripe. I will reduce the sugar next time. Also, I doubled the recipe and it was barely enough for my icecream maker to churn. I will have to make a larger batch next time to have enough to share!

Orange Pineapple Sherbet

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2011
The recipe is great. I blended the pineapple in the blender before adding it to the other ingredients. This achieved a smoother end result since I don't care for the larger chunks.

Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2011
So yummy! My 5yo son LOVED it. I did use the juice of 2 limes instead of just one, and it turned out great!

Key Lime Cheesecake I

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2011
I loved this cheesecake! I used the full amount of keylime juice listed in the recipe and it was perfect. Any less and you wouldn't get the full keylime flavor. I used a prepackaged graham crust to save time/energy and it was perfect.

Crispy Potato Wedges

Reviewed: May 2, 2011
This technique is good. Be careful not to over-season! The recipe calls for very little seasoning and it doesn't look like enough. IT IS!! Also, I think the final cooking time is a little long. My potatoes started to burn after about 15 minutes on the second side. I served them with a mixture of sour cream and Lawry's seasoning as a dip and everyone LOVED them!

Mongolian Beef and Spring Onions

Reviewed: May 2, 2011
I would add more stars if I could!!! I followed this recipe as written with the one exception of not leaving the meat in the frying oil nearly 2 minutes (more like 45 seconds). The sauce was perfect just as written.
