Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

My family loved these ribs, they were delicious. I used barbecue sauce instead of the ketchup, and followed the recipe, and they came out great.

I have never had or made chicken pot pie before, and my husband loves it so I thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did. It was delicious! I followed the recipe and it was lacking nothing. It had great consistency, not too lumpy and not too watery. I will be making this more often.

Chocolate Hazelnut Cake

If you really love hazelnut, this is your cake! I loved this cake, but I think that the icing needs a little kick. I would add a little sugar or vanilla to the whipping cream the next time. The texture was really nice, it tasted like a bakery cake...delicious! I put chocolate covered hazelnuts on top of the cake along with chocolate shavings, and it was a big hit!

Caramel-Glazed Flan

This flan was amazing! I used regualr condensed milk because that was all that I had. I also pre-heated the baking dish before I poured the caramel into it, and I highly suggest doing this. This is a keeper for my family...thanks!

Chocolate Caramel Nut Cheesecake

I thought that the actual cheesecake was good, but the crust along the bottom was a little dry and crumby with these measurements....next time I will add a little more butter and sugar.....overall, we enjoyed the cake and will be making it again....thanks!!

I thought this recipe was really good. I did add fresh garlic and some onion to spice it up a bit, but overall it was a quick and tasty dish. It will be made quite frequently in our home.

Easy Slow Cooker Chicken

I thought this was good. I changed the recipe around a little bit, and the chicken was tender, and the rice was perfect. Instead of the cream of celery, I added a can of chicken broth. I also chopped up some broccoli and added that to it. I then added half a can of water, and spiced it up with some fresh garlice, salt and pepper. The family enjoyed it, and we will be making this again.
