I have never been able to get fried chicken right. It's has burnt skin and a perfect interior or perfect skin and a raw interior...I will keep trying though!

Beer Batter Fish Made Great
I usually have to modify even the best recipes a bit for time or a bit more flour etc. This recipe is fantastic as is; it doesn't need to be changed at all!

French Baguettes
This bread is great! It has that perfect buttery home-made bread taste. After the fist time with this recipe, I switched the yeast to 2 and 1/4 ts and upped the rise time to 60 min and 45 min. Other than that I followed the directions exactly. Comes out perfect!

Vegetarian Quiche
I've made this recipe several times with varying vegetable mixes and they all turned out great. Adding cheddar can add flavor too, but it's unnecessary. The only thing I would suggest for sure is switching the milk with heavy cream. It helps the egg and veggie mix hold together.
