Rosemary and Garlic Simmered Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2011
I have to say that this is the first time I used rosemary (I'm just learning how to cook with spices and herbs) and I used fresh rosemary instead. I wasn't sure how this would taste because I wasn't thrilled with the smell of rosemary, but WOW - this was great! I was on the treadmill while it was cooking and let me tell you the smell was a distraction! It was so good that I had to stop myself from eating another pork chop! The only thing I did different besides fresh rosemary was I used the spray butter instead of real butter to cut calories down & I used bone-in pork not boneless as that was what I had in the frig. Thank you for a great recipe (not to mention the introduction to rosemary) that I will make all the time now!

Golden Sweet Cornbread

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2012
Thank you bluegirl. I have been looking for a recipe that I like and I've found it. I've made this twice now - once as it which was AWESOME and the second time subbing milk for low fat buttermilk. That was really GOOD! Thanks again.

Chicken Breasts Pierre

Excellent thank you for the recipe. I added a jalapeno pepper and took the advice from other reviews (added rotel diced tomatoes w/ green chili and red wine)

I loved this recipe. I was at this function where they served wienerschnitzel and I had no idea what it was. So I immediately looked for a recipe and this was excellent! I was a bit afraid because I didn't remember to refrig for 1 hr. or overnight, but it worked out well - didn't loose and coating. Thank you!!

Sausage and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2012
This stuffing was AWESOME! I made my first Thanksgiving meal last week and I used this recipe for the stuffing. I loved the cranberries. This was better than my mother's (but don't tell her!). The only change I made was I added some roasted chestnuts. Thank you so much! I think I'm going to the store to buy up all the cranberries so I can make it all year round!
