Pecan Pie V

This recipe is so so good and I like that it doesn't use corn syrup. I make it pretty much as written but always ending up adding extra pecans : ) This is now my go to recipe for pecan pie!!

Spinach Quiche

This was delicious! The only changes I made was left out the mushrooms because I don't like them, used fresh spinach, plain feta and added a few more cloves of fresh garlic. I will defiantly make this again, it reheats nice too so you can heat it quickly in the morning and have a good breakfast before work.

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

These are so good and so easy to make....my boyfriend asks for them almost every time we are grilling or football is on! I cut and de-seed the jalapenos, fill them with cream cheese and used a whole piece of thick sliced bacon to wrap around the jalepeno and just tucked the end piece under the bacon. Be sure to put them in the freezer for about 15 minutes before you grill them and grill them cream cheese side down first. Also be sure to keep on eye on the grill, sometimes the grease from the bacon will drip onto the charcoal and start a little fire flare up.

Blueberry Cream Muffins

These are the best blueberry muffins, I didn't make any changes except to cut the recipe in half then added 1/2 cup extra blueberries and an extra dash of vanilla. I used a medium cupcake/muffin pan and it made about 15 of them...I filled them up almost to the top so they would bake with a nice dome top.

MMMMM... Brownies

These are amazing!! I have made these a couple times and will never buy boxed brownie mix again. When I first made them, I followed the recipe as written and it was not chocolaty enough and too salty (unless you're going for something sweet and salty). Now when i make these I cut the salt in half, use a whole bag of semi-sweet Ghiradelli chocolate chips and add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts and they are amazing! I find the better brand chocolate chips (ghiradelli vs the store brand) make the brownies taste better too!

Alfredo Sauce

It was quick and easy to make and turned out fantastic. I let the sauce stand for a little bit to thicken then tossed it with chicken and fettucini noodles, delicious! Will defiantly make this again!
