Easy Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Cookies

Quite sweet and tender, despite only having wholewheat flour.

Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies

I thought the peanut butter filling would be a little bit too much for me, so instead I melted down some chocolate with a bit of shortening and used that for filling. They taste amazing!

Golden Wedding Punch

I made this for a party over the weekend, and it definitely was not the star of the show. It came out rather sour, and I still have half a bowl left. Nobody made any comments on it or got a second glass, as far as I could tell. A couple people asked for tap water instead.
