Zucchini-Chocolate Chip Muffins
I made these the other day for my daughter's "special friday snack". They turned out pretty good, the kids gobbled them up according to the teacher. I haven't had a good experience combining chocolate and cinnamon in the past so I left out the cinnamon and replaced 1/2 cup of white flour for 1/2 cup wheat. Turned out alright, albeit a little "deflated" which was bc of the wheat flour substituion, I think. Made these again this morning and substituted 1/2 cup quick cooking oats in place of 1/2 cup of the flour (no wheat this time). Also used a banana in addition to the zucchini (total 1 cup fruit/veggie combo) and they came out DELICIOUS! Will definately make again! Thanks for the recipe.

Ham and Onion Pie
Holy cow! This was so good! I'm too lazy to make the crust from scratch so I just used pre-made ones. I also used Swiss cheese instead b/c I had some on hand. WOW!!!! I've never written a review before but this was so good I just had to! Thank you for a wonderful recipe! I also agree that it gets better the longer it sits. Warmed some leftovers up for lunch today and it was even better than fresh from the oven.

The Best Banana Bread
This is some pretty good bread. The only thing I did differently was 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar. I added 3 1/2 bananas bc that is what I had on hand. I'm not sure what that comes out to cup-wise but the bread is just about gone and there have only been two people eating it for less than 24 hours....ha!
