Really good! Gave it 4 stars because I doubled the lemon juice and thought it could still use a little more. We dont care for cooked carrots or peas so I used broccoli instead. Great recipe for playing around with.

Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops

I gave this recipe 4 stars because it was as easy to prepare as it was tasty. I added a tsp of sugar after I removed the pork chops and the onion was fantastic! Nice to break away from the same old pork chop recipe I usually make!

Orange Rosemary Chicken

Only gave four stars because I didnt make it exactly as stated. I thickened the marinade (dont worry I brought it to a boil first) with cornstarch and basted it on the meat just before I took it off the grill. Yummy! With out the sauce on it I can see how this might be just a tad bland. Great recipe though!

Lemon-Orange Orange Roughy

Fantastic!! Light, sweet and just plain easy. I marinated it for an hour and poured it all into a pan for about 6-8 minutes. Yummy!

Creamy Banana Bread

By far, the best banana bread I've ever had (or made). I ate two of these right out of the oven. Even good without the brown sugar center. I'd give this 6 stars if I could!!

Chococonut Chip Cookies

I don't usually give a recipe 5 stars unless I love it. These are fantastic!! And sooooo easy! I had to adjust the sugar because all I had was sweetened coconut. I used 1/2 cup white and 1/2 brown and they were perfect. Thanks!

Chai Tea Mix

Would be a five star recipe if it weren't so sweet (and I like sweet). Came to realize that the vanilla creamer has tons of sugar in it too. I had to add more milk powder, creamer and tea to it to make it less sweet. Next time I'll reduce the sugar by about 1/2 cup or use vanilla sugar and skip the vanilla creamer. Also, use the coffee grinder to grid the spices then add it to the remainder of the mixture. Much easier and less time consuming not to mention nothing left floating in the bottom of the cup. Awesome recipe though!!! Thanks!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

The experience I had making this bread is a testament to this wonderful recipe. My kids spilled about half of the wet ingredients while I was getting ready to mix the dry. I salvaged what I could and halved the dry stuff and baked it with my fingers crossed. It is one of the best breads I've ever had. I can't imagine what it tastes like when made properly. Thanks so much for sharing!

Waikiki Meatballs

Not a fan. My husband, who is from Hawaii, could barely choke this down. There is way too much vinegar and ginger in this. Would not make it again. I think cooking sherry in place of the vinegar and fresh ginger rather than the powdered would help this some.

Crustless Spinach Quiche

I love, love, love this recipe. Easy and yummy! I have made it many times using spinich but I've also made it with lots of other goodies like broccoli. You could put anything in this. Fantastic!!!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

This was very good bread. I only gave it 4 stars because my husband wasn't so keen on it. He said the Betty Crocker recipe was better. Thankfully, I'm the one who does the baking, so this will be the recipe I use. Can't wait to use it for muffins. I halfed the recipe and it made one very large, dense loaf.

Taco Pie

This was very good. I used tortilla chips on the bottom and on the top (we're not big fans of cresent rolls). Even my picky three year old who never cleans his plate ate every bite. Tip, use the recipe for taco seasoning on this site (the one with like 400 reviews). Easy and beats the heck out of taco salad. Thank you!
