Baja Grilled Chicken Wrap

These are absolutely delicious! I have made them several times for different people and everyone raves. It's amazing how putting a wrap on the grill for a few minutes turns it into something really special. Thanks so much for the recipe!

Honey-Oat Pan Rolls

These rolls are wonderful! They are light but hearty tasting and very moist. I make 24 small rolls to serve company and then freeze leftovers in groups of 3 for my man and me to eat later and they still delicious.

Key Lime Pie VII

Stop searching for the perfect key lime pie recipe because this is it! Amazing balance of sweet to tart and SO easy to make! I made a homemade graham crust which is really easy to do. I used 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk and it was absolutely perfect. Better than any other I've eaten bar none!

Butter Brickle Frozen Delight

This is a delicious dessert that says "summertime" to my family! I like that it can be frozen. I substitute toffee bits for the pecans and reduce the caramel sauce only for one family member who does not like nuts but I'm sure they are delicious especially if toasted first.

Ice Cream Cake

I have saved so much money over the years making this type of cake for birthdays! I used the round cake pan method also and lined them with plastic wrap and then put softened ice cream in so it was the same shape as the cake. After assembling and freezing, I then covered it all with thawed Cool Whip returning to the freezer until serving time. I suggest you take the cake out of the freezer for at least 15 minutes before trying to slice.

EAGLE BRAND® Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

I used Oreos for the crust and subbed Cool Whip Lite for the whipped cream to reduce the calories a bit. Very sweet but a real treat for peanut butter lovers!

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

How did I raise children and not have this recipe before??? Thanks SO much for sharing because this was amazing. My crock pot is hot so it only took an hour on HIGH and then 6 hours on LOW. It was falling off the bone moist and delicious!

Buttermilk Wheat Rolls

I followed the recipe ingredients exactly, made the dough in my bread machine but baked them in 2, 9-inch cake pans so they would come out soft. They were absolutely delicious with a soft texture and wonderful taste. We prefer the taste of whole grains so love love love them! Thanks for sharing!

Soft Garlic Breadsticks

I wasn't sure about this dough as it churned in my bread machine. My kitchen was filled with the smell of garlic powder and I was thinking I should have cut back on the full Tbsp. Glad I didn't because the taste was just enough without being overpowering. Very delicious and soft bread sticks. Will definitely make over and over again!

PHILADELPHIA Vanilla Mousse Cheesecake

Because of the great reviews, I had to try this recipe for my cheesecake-loving family. We all thought it was delicious. The 2 textures make it unique and special. I followed another's suggestion and put some finely chopped walnuts in the crust which was a nice addition. I served sweetened fresh strawberries on the side.

Southern Peach Cobbler

I'm not sure why but my cobbler burned with the sugar topping. I don't see any other reviews that mention this so I wonder what I did wrong. It doesn't say to turn down the oven temp after the initial 10 minutes of baking. After scraping off the burnt part of the topping, it tasted good and no one knew covered in ice cream!

Bread Machine Bagels

I didn't expect to get the texture of a bakery bagel but this works! I brushed the tops with egg white and then covered with sesame seeds. I also made 6 larger bagels instead of 9 small and it worked perfectly. I baked the maximum time to insure doneness.

Biscotti

This is so good and the dough is very easy to work with. I did not use the anise extract but rather about 1/2 t. almond extract and 1 t. vanilla. I also mixed in about 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips near the end of mixing. Yum!

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

This was very tasty and easy to prepare. I had some leftover grilled chicken so used that instead of the shrimp and my hubby thought he would prefer that anyway. I also threw in some sliced zucchini and spinach for more veggies. Will definitely make this again.

True Blue Custard Crunch Pie

A little different and very good. My son-in-law does not care for nuts in desserts so I substituted toffee bits for the pecans which made it a little sweeter but very nice flavor. Next time I'll cut the sugar in the topping to balance it. I also baked it a bit longer to make the topping nice and crunchy and it was even after being refrigerated. Thanks for this recipe!

OREO® and Fudge Ice Cream Cake

The best thing I can say about this recipe is that it's easy to put together and you can make it well ahead. The taste was just OK. Perhaps a "premium" ice cream sandwich would make a difference.

Asian Lettuce Wraps

This is one of my favorite recipes from this site. I substitute ground chicken or turkey for the beef and they taste even better than PF Changs! Everyone I have made these for begs for the recipe.
