Excellent...love the spiciness and the fact that it is not dried out the day for leftovers! Thanks.

This was excellent...my husband raved about it. I want to take it to a potluck this weekend, hope it will not get too soggy. Thanks for the great recipe Jamie.

Cream of Asparagus Soup I

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2002
We loved this soup...very tasty and delicious! I agree with previous reviewer that the bouillon amount is incorrect...should be teaspoons, not Tablespoons...I used teaspoons and it turned out perfect. Also agree that half/half is not needed.

I've been waiting to use my Old Bay seasoning and this was the perfect dish for it. Served it for lunch by the pool and it was a hit.

Try it....it is GREAT! I added a few shakes of worchestershire sauce and onion powder. As said before, the toasted french bread is a must. Definitely a keeper.

Creamy Shrimp Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2002
Very good and very easy...plus, it can be made ahead of time. I used the small bay-type shrimp since it was going thru the food processor. It was a hit with the group I made it for. Thanks.

Adrienne's Tom Ka Gai

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2002
Super soup! Tastes just like the Tom Ka Gai at our favorite Thai restaurant. May cut the crushed red pepper to 1-1/2 teaspoons next time. I had steamed rice available for those who wanted to spoon some into their soup, this worked out great. Thanks Adrienne, I could have never created such a great dish.

Spanish Rice Bake

Reviewed: May 23, 2003
We enjoyed this dish...thanks, Melodie. Only change would be to add additional cup of water (or liquid of your choice) towards the last half of cooking time...made it juicer. And, as, always...more worcestershire sauce!!!

Squash and Apple Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2004
Not much deep flavor. I tried adding more brown sugar and more pepper, but it was still too bland. I have other squash soup recipes that I prefer.

We loved this chicken salad. The flavors blend very well. I used about 2 cups of Louis Rich grilled chicken breast strips, and I added more pecans, mayo and buttermilk. Definitely a keeper. Thanks, Mia.

Cream of Spinach Soup

Loved this soup....I added one ingredient that sent it over-the-top...4 or 5 quick shakes of ground nutmeg, plus lots of freshly ground pepper. Trust me, you'll love it with the nutmeg addition.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2004
Thought this was a great chili. Taking advice from previous reviewers, I used one can chopped tomatoes and one (15oz)can tomato sauce instead of all tomato sauce. I increased the onion and added one tablespoon of sugar to even out the tomato base. I also substituted canned, hot chili beans, including the sauce, for one of the cans of kidney beans and it really kicked it up to the right temperature...not too hot, but certainly not bland. Served with Trader Joe's cornbread, which is out of this world. Thanks for the recipe, Deb.

Chicken and Artichokes

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2004
This was tasty, but not on the top of my list of chicken recipes. One objection is the cost of the artichoke hearts...$4.50 for a can of 5 hearts is a little too much for my blood.
