Meaty Stuffed Onions

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2012
Used fresh spinach and bread crumbs... also added corn, green & red peppers. My husband LOVED it, especially with the HOT sausage beef blend. It was a Home Run!

Cheddar Penne with Sausage and Peppers

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2013
A nice pairing of flavor. I was looking for a Pork Dish and found this Sausage Dish. I was really hoping I had Campbell's Canned Cheese but alas, I did not. So I substituted with shredded cheddar and a marinated pork chop. I added a step by throwing in some bacon pieces in the pan before the onion, green pepper and garlic. Added the milk and shredded cheddar, slice my pork and then combined in skillet. I will be making this again, always with a touch of bacon ;-)

Roasted Red Chili and Strawberry Turkey Cutlets

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2013
Same thing, had turkey cutlets, needed a dish. It was a good excuse to get some chili paste. The sauce is nice, next time I think I will try it with chicken. The strawberry preserves and chili paste make a good base for a hotter sauce!
