Baked Parmesan-Crusted Chicken

Great! Skipped the garlic/butter mixture. Just rubbed the chicken with flour, then egg, then the bread crumb mixture. Also cooked it on a cookie cooling rack on top of the cookie sheet so the bottom of the chicken didn't get soggy. It ws perfect!!!

Beer Batter for Fish

This was OK. I used it on Paddock. I think I might try again but only for onion rings. As my husband said, "it's like eating a loaf of bread." There was much more bread than fish. If you like really, really thick breading, this is definitely for you.

Grandma Johnson's Scones

GREAT RECIPE!!! My husband loved them and so does everyone at work. I changed a few things... I substituted 1 cup of the flour for whole wheat flour. I left out the raisins but when they were just out of the oven I sliced them and added butter and strawberry jam. They were great!

Darra's Famous Tuna Waldorf Salad Sandwich Filling

Great recipe but I used canned chicken the second time rather than tuna and it tasted much better. I'd definitely recommend the chicken. It was great!
