This bread was really yummy and oh so easy. I left out the walnuts however, I am not a big fan of them.

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2011
The only reason I am giving this four stars is because I changed it up a little. I used 6 eggs, 2 cups of parmesan cheese, a can of mushrooms, and red pepper flakes. The spinach is just right on time, this was so freaking yummy!!! I will be making this often. This is a dish to impress =)

Family Night Chicken Cornbread Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2011
This is soooo yummy. The only thing I did different was add two cans of diced chiles and some sauteed fresh mushrooms (about a cup). Oh and make sure you drain them and the corn. Oh my goodness I cannot wait to have leftovers tonight!!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2011
Ok this is a great basic starter recipe, I took this and made it so yummy. Here is what I did; six boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 can cream of chicken, 1 can cream of mushroom, 1 onion minced, 5 stalks of celery sliced, 1 small pack baby carrots, plenty of black pepper,(we love lots of pepper)salt to taste, garlic powder and poultry season , about teaspoon or so of each , and I gave it a few dashes of white pepper. I covered the whole thing with chicken broth, cooked on high for 5 hours adding a can of Grands about an hour and a half before serving. Omg...these were amazing. I wasn't sure how they would turn out but wow so good. I have a new staple now!!!!
