Cranberry Mango Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2006
Very moist and delicious. Costco had sliced mango on sale - short expiration date - and I pureed in the food processor. Also chopped the fresh cranberries in the processor, as well as the walnuts. The bread has a tangy/sweet taste and makes a great breakfast treat. Will definitely make again; thanks for the recipe!

Marzetti® Coconut Breaded Chicken with Crunchy Fruit Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2005
I'm not one to measure, so the amounts might not have been exact, but this was delicious! I had farfalle pasta on the side and ended up mixing it up into a wonderful dinner salad. The sauce is awesome.

Blueberry Bread II

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2005
I really love this bread toasted with a little butter. Didn't have any vital wheat gluten so I used 2 teaspoons of yeast instead of 1 1/2. The bread didn't rise as much as regular loaves, but the texture is wonderful - not too heavy. I will definitely make again. (Costco has wild dried blueberries at a significantly lower price - and they're great!)

Salmon Chowder

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2005
This was fantastic - I used a fresh salmon fillet marinaded in a lime-tequila marinade over night, otherwise followed recipe. Excellent!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2005
We loved this soup - my husband was a bit put out that I used his last bottle of Anchor Steam beer, but did the soup ever taste good! I had to use Google search engine to find the recipe though; it didn't come up in a search from the AllRecipe site...

Pear Bread II

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2004
Excellent - I followed another reviewer's advice and substituted coconut for the pecans, and baked in muffin tins for 35 minutes. What a great recipe...

Fresh Asparagus Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2004
This was very easy and delicious. I used 1% milk instead of soy milk, and chicken broth instead of vegetable broth and it turned out great. I'll definitely make again and again!

Avocado Soup with Chicken and Lime

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2003
A bit hot for my taste, even using only 3 jalapeno peppers - my mother-in-law loved it though.

Artichoke Salad I

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2003
Great recipe. I'm going to use artichoke bottoms next time instead of the hearts - that should take care of the problem of the occasional tough leaf.

Barbecued Beef

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2003
This is the best crock pot barbeque sauce recipe I've tried. I do prefer to use pork loin or baby back ribs rather than the chuck roast, even though the barbecued beef was delicious.

Ham Skroodle Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2002
I thought this salad was very good although I ended up with way too much dressing. I added more pasta - all in all about 8 oz. which made it much better.

Kerry's Beany Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2002
I love this recipe - I've made it several times. I add more rice (3/4 cup cooked in 2 1/4 cup water) and have some green Tabasco sauce on the table. Everyone always raves!
