This was excellent. The chicken was very moist and tasty. I started with thin sliced chicken breast fillets and pounded them thin. Instead of the oregano, I used 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and I used 3/4 cup sweet Marsala and eliminated the cooking sherry. I also added chopped green onions during the last 5 minutes of cooking. I made 6 chicken breasts, and browned them two at a time, because my pan wasn't large enough for all of them. I put them aside on a plate, and cooked the mushrooms down a bit before adding the wine and placing the chicken breasts on top. Then, I covered the pan and cooked them for 5 minutes. I turned the chicken breasts over, and added the chopped green onions, and cooked for another 5 minutes. My family loved it!
