Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Although convenient, it was WAY too sweet!! The sugar is not needed given that sugar is the MAIN ingredient in BBQ sauce. We won't be doing this again. There was no variance of flavour on our palates, you just were left with sweet.

Julia's Easy Slow Cooker Chicken

I used cubed thigh fillets to make it more economical. Next time I will halve the amount of milk and add white pepper and dried tarragon for the last 20 mins of cooking as it was a little bland.

Easy BBQ Bake

Wonderfully easy to do whilst busy, we just served it with a green salad and crusty bread and it was fantastic

Elegant Chicken

the soup and the sour cream separated and it was too watery making the sauce unusable. Next time we floured the chicken and quickly browned it before wrapping in the bacon and adding the other indredients - much fuller flavour and consistency

Spicy Lamb Patties

We double the quantities because it certainly wasn't enough to feed 4. We served it over tumeric rice with peas.

Broccoli Chicken

We can't get cream of broccoli soup so I used cream of celery soup and added salt, cracked black pepper and dried tarragon to make sure it was not bland - delicious

Cuban Beans and Rice

We found this recipe a bit bland and intend on spicing it up a little next time with some chilli, cracked black pepper and topping with some deep fried basil leaves, but as a base it is very good.
