Quick and Easy Yorkshire Pudding
I give it 4 star because it's has a great taste. The temperature isn't entirely correct though. I did this recipe 3 times. First time I follow it exactly, 375 for 5 minutes and 350 for the rest. It gives a pretty good Yorkshire pudding but it's not rising like I wanted it to. I figure the initial temperature wasn't high enough for the egg to do its rising magic. The second time I did it at 450 and was wayyy too hot and it's like a puck. The 3rd, I did the initial 5 minutes at 400 and turn it down to 350 and it was a success! Yummy, fluffy and with that hole on top for the gravy. I'm loving it!

Banana Chocolate Chip Bread
Good recipe, it's my first time making it. I made it exactly the way it says, but I think next time I make it, I'll replace 1/2 cup of white sugar with brown like the other review says. I used a non-stick pan instead of a glass pan, greased it, the loaf comes out no problem at all. I also would add 1-2 teaspoon of vanilla extract next time. Very yummy, my family loves it.

Tiramisu Layer Cake
I made this as a dessert for my christmas dinner. It's absolutely delicious! A fluffy light cake, not very sweet and moist inside. The light cream frosting is very tasty. Definitely will make this again! The only thing I changed is the garnish. I used white chocolate instead of semisweet chocolate, just personal preference. This cake would be great for after dinner, or special gathering over a cup of liquered coffee or white port.
