Cream Cheese Pound Cake III

This is the best pound cake I have made. I used cake flour instead of all purpose. I read incorrectly and only used 1 1/2 cups of sugar and it is amazing. I will always cut the sugar in half now!

Southern Candied Sweet Potatoes

Super easy, super yummy. Mine were still pretty soupy after an hour so I just took off the top and let the syrup reduce. Definitely my go to sweet potato recipe now. Oh and I did half white half brown sugar. Sooo good!

Maggie's Fresh Raspberry Pie

I just made this pie for Thanksgiving! My family loves it so much, they wanted it rather than pumpkin pie. The tart/ sweet combo is amazing. I use a graham cracker crust but other than that, follow as written. Now a family favorite!!

Chocolate Cream Pie II

First chocolate cream pie I've ever made, and it turned out beautifully! I used 4 Tbsp of cornstarch as suggested, and it was the perfect consistency. This one I will definitely be making over and over again.

Scrumptious Frosted Fudgy Brownies

Believe the reviews that say this is a dark chocolate recipe. I love chocolate, but this was too much for me. However, the frosting is divine. I will definitely use it again paired with a sweeter base.

Cajun Cake

This cake is sooo yummy! I read the reviews about the cake being bland, and the only way I can think that this would be bland is not putting the topping on. I think the cake alone would be too bland, and the topping is too sweet, but put the two together and its perfect. I followed the recipe as is with the only modification being that I poked holes in the cake with a fork before pouring the topping over. Kept it in the fridge, and it has disappeared very quickly. I generally throw desserts away here because they do not get eaten, but this one is almost gone after one day. Will definitely be making this again!
