I enjoyed these very much. They were simple to make...until I wanted to use them like lolly pop's. The mix would not stay together. I tried refrigerating them a bit which helped. I went on line later, to see what step I may have missed and I didn't. I read a few other recipes that were the same idea and they mentioned freezing the balls for an hour before coating with chocolate. I'll give it another try but this time freezing them first.
