Dishpan Cookies IV
So, so yummy! One of the best cookies ever to come out of my oven. I will revise my rating to 5 stars when I figure out how to keep them from flattening out. Truly Awesome cooked, but the uncooked batter ROCKED!!!

Ham and Bean Soup
Wow, it was good. Was looking to spice up our usual bland ham and been soup. Followed the basic recipe, making slight changes as per our liking. Made one bath with spicy, hot links instead of bratwurst - made a dramatic difference!!! Also, used an immersion blender at the end just to thicken it a bit!
