Plum Buckle
This was delicious and easy to make. We ate it hot right out of the oven. I purchased a 30 oz can of plums and was looking for a plum dessert to use them in when I came across this one. I had one can of plums so I cut the recipe in half and baked in a 9 x 9 glass dish. It still took 45 minutes to bake. I did everthing else the same, but used brown sugar instead of white in the topping.

Hearty Meatball Soup II
We loved this soup so much. I did have to substitue 2 bags of frozen mixed vegies as I was out of the other vegies and that worked out great because there was no chopping involved. I was also out of french onion soup mix so I had to substitute a dry onion soup mix I found on this site by faye522, and we ended up loving the flavor of the homemade one. The meatballs have an incredible taste, I wouldn't change a thing about them. We serve this soup with parmesan and italian bread. Delish!

Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy
Scrumptious! I made this recipe as written except I used fresh mushrooms and added a small chopped onion, and sauted them together. Also when I added the 3 cups of milk, I added one at a time stirring well in between. I cannot believe how good this turned out. I would never substitute canned mushroom soup or canned broth, because there's no reason to. It's perfect as is and the homemade taste is worth the extra little effort.
