Banana Oatmeal Cookies II

My husband asks for these every time there is a banana on the counter. I left out the cloves and walnuts and it is still quite yummy!

Oatmeal Chip Cookies

Very good cookie. Nice and moist and fluffy-not flat. I used 1 cup of chips instead of the 2 that were called. That just seemed like chocolate overload. Turned out delicious!

Mexican Egg Rolls

Good but a little bland. I added some roma tomatoes diced and a little extra cheese and it turned out very good. I also baked with a little drizzle of oil instead of frying for a healthier alternative.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Absolutely delicious! Made these with caramel/chocolate chips and they were awesome. I just decreased the amount of chips I put in to 1 cup instead of 2 because my husband does not like chips in every bite. Still yummy!

The taste was a little dull but overall it was a nice base recipe. I added another 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract as well as 1/4 teaspoon of almond extract.

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

I really liked this although others who ate it said the texture of the chicken was changed by the honey on the grill. I personally like the change. It made it a little sticky on the outside and softer on the inside. Very Good!
