Tuna Fish Salad
I did not care for this recipe. I did not like the parsley or garlic powder in it and the recipe called for twice as much mayonnaise than required. It came out way too runny with even using half the mayo. I added chopped eggs to give it more flavor.

Walter's Chicken and Mac
Excellent! Made some minor changes. Only 2 of us so cut it in half. As suggested by others, used half milk half sour cream. I combined shredded cheddar and shredded pepperjack cheeses - what a nice combination! I also added some garlic powder and about 1/4 cup diced onions. I used already cooked Tyson's Southwest chicken strips and baked for about 25 mins, then put canned fried onion on top. Cooked for another 10 mins and added a little shredded cheddar on tip. Delicious! Halving the recipe was perfect for 2 people.

Eileen's Meatloaf
Sorry, everyone. This meatloaf was dry and bland. I even used Jalapeno ranch dressing along with the sour cream and added catsup on the top for the last 15 mins. Didn't help. Very dissapointed. I'll go back to the basic meatloaf recipe and go from there. I do give it one star for the ingredients.
