Followed the recipe to a 'T' ----- plus blended over half of it in blender for a smooth soup --- only thing I would do different next time is DOUBLE everything as it was the most delicious, easiest, wonderful, flavorful soup EVER and was SO great had to share -- so there were no seconds :(

Juicy Roasted Chicken

I have never ever made a roast chicken before.. Followed the directions exact as recipe says -- BEST JUCIEST chicken EVER!!!! and so simple!! The saddest thing of this it was just me and my guy.. will need to make again to share with others~

Applesauce

Yummy~ I had to get rid of a bunch of apples, so decided to make applesauce for my daughters lunches rather than buy the packaged stuff. I didn't realize I had no cinnamon, so substituted Pumpkin Pie spice. I doubled the recipe. Also I added 1 cup of frozen blueberries after it had simmered for awhile. Delicious!!

Tina's Shortbread Chocolate Chip Cookies

Best shortbread cookies ever!!! I sell mixed trays at Christmas, and did some sample platters this past weekend and got great reviews for the shortbread cookies! Melt in your mouth and so simple to make. I add my own things to the recipe, I don't add the chocolate chips or nuts. However, after the cookies are baked and cooled, I melt the chocolate chips and drizzle them over the cookies. Looks great and tastes even better!!
