Quick Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2014
This was EXCELLENT and QUICK. Used celery instead of celery salt. I sautéed celery, onion and garlic in a little olive oil before adding stock. Used extra garlic and onion as I like them and stock. Also in a separate pan seasoned small chunks of chicken with salt pepper and dried thyme, cooked it half way before adding to pot with the sautéed vegetables and stock. Next time I will add more carrots and add some corn. The cilantro I think is essential. Thank you for posting.

Raspberry Almond Coffeecake

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2014
This was a delicious and lovely cake, moist and not too sweet. The only thing I changed was using almond instead of vanilla extract and low fat vanilla yogurt instead of sour cream.

Yeast-Free Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2014
This is an excellent recipe, tastes great. I use lemon flavored sparkling water from Trader Joes and added 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of salt, made 6 bread rolls and baked for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Excellent toasted then spread with Peanut butter and jelly and when I make Tuna Burgers. Not bought bread since I found this recipe. Also freezes well. Thank you Andrew!

Excellent and Healthy Cornbread

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2012
EXCELLENT, did what another reviewer suggested and used unsweetened apple sauce instead of the yoghurt as I don't like the "tang" in some cornbreads. This will be my go to recipe for cornbread, thank you poster.

SENSATIONAL, as i have problems with caffeine used carob powder and decaf coffee. Apple sauce instead of oil and brown sugar instead of white, didn't bother with the chips. So Moist, delicious and rich. The coffee is a must. Served warm with vanilla ice cream, WOW!! Thanks for posting Elizabeth.

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT!!! Used Carob instead of chocolate as I have problems with caffeine. Moist and delicious, blended everything in my Ninja, no taste of bean at all. 1/2 recipe as I did not have enough carob chips, made 8 cupcakes, topped them with sliced almonds before i put in the oven for 23 minutes at 350 degrees. THANK YOU for posting this recipe CCUMMINS.

Vegan Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2011
FANTASTIC and qucik!!! I used Carob Powder as I have problems with caffeine. I added 1/3 cup carob chips to batter, replaced oil with unsweetened apple sauce and 1 Tbs of canola oil, wheat flour instead of AP, 1/2 cup brown instead of white sugar as Carob is naturally sweet, topped batter with walnuts before I put it in the oven. Baked for 33 minutes. Tasted rich, decadent and moist, the BEST carob cake I have ever tasted. Will be making this again and again..... I no longer feel deprived when I want chocolate cake. Thank you SO MUCH for posting this recipe!
