Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

Reviewed: May 20, 2010
Tasted great and was super easy. I only changed one thing: I used minced garlic instead of garlic powder. I cut the potatoes into french fries and I made a quick rosemary dipping sauce with mayonnaise, garlic and rosemary. My roommates loved it!

Honey Ginger Shrimp

It was definitely good, but it was a little too spicy. I would absolutely make it again, but I would cut down on the red pepper flakes next time.

Garlicky Baked Butternut Squash

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2010
AMAZING! I didn't change the recipe a bit, and I couldn't believe how delicious this tasted. I expected it to be good, but I was floored to see my anti-vegetable housemates devouring it!

Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2010
Delicious and quick! I only did one alteration. After I finished browning the chicken, I added extra parmesan on top and threw some marinara sauce in the pan. Then I broiled it for about three minutes (just enough to brown the cheese on top). It was delicious! I served it over angel hair pasta and the more marinara sauce. This is definitely the best chicken parm recipe I've found so far - it was just so quick! It took as much time to make as my pasta took to boil. I'd highly recommend it if you're looking for a quick, easy dinner!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2009
Love this recipe! I make it all the time and my friends always beg me to make more! I only change one thing though: instead of walnuts, I use about 1 cup of reeses pieces (more or less is fine - I don't measure it). The extra peanut butter kick is AMAZING. My roommate even claimed that they were the best cookies she had ever had (she's a huge chocolate/peanut butter lover). Try them! They're so quick and easy to make too!

Pumpkin Cheesecake II

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2009
Delicious! The pecan crust is AMAZING. I ended up using a 10" springform pan on this one since I was making it for a large dinner party. The cheesecake definitely wasn't as tall, but it still looked great anyway and there was more than enough! Definitely a great recipe. I used the extra whipping cream to make homemade whipped cream for a simple topping.

Golden Chocolate Chip Cookies

They tasted pretty delicious, and they were very easy to make, but they turned out a bit lumpy looking.

Flavorful Flounder

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2008
This was great! I changed the recipe a bit, and baked it in the oven at 375 for 15 minutes (I used the cooking time from another recipe that said to cook it from 15-20 minutes at that temperature). I also omitted the green onions (didn't have any). It was delicious! It was cheesy but still didn't overpower the flavor of the flounder.

Absolutely delicious! Plus, it's really fun to make. The crust mixed together differently than I expected (it began to flake in the bowl) but it turned out wonderfully. I would recommend this recipe to anyone!

Cream of Pumpkin Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2007
My roommates and I made this for a dinner party we had with our friends. At first we were wary, none of us had ever tried pumpkin soup before. Everyone at our party loved this soup. The croutons were especially a hit, everyone asked for more. I highly recommend this recipe.

Fluffy Canadian Pancakes

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2002
These pancakes were great! They seemed to melt in your mouth. They were quite simple to make too. The only problem I had with them was that they're not very sweet, though with some sort of topping (like maple syrup) that problem was easily solved!! They were by far the best pancakes I have ever tasted!!
