Cajun Chicken and Sausage Gumbo
Excellent, I added okra and shrimp the last 5 minutes, husband thought it was great! It is a keeper.

Traditional Osso Buco
Amazing! I added Italian herbs, bay leaf and salt and pepper to the flour. The veal was perfect.
