A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

This recipe is easy and delicious! Everyone in the family ate it up and my husband wants it on a weekly basis now! I made it just as the recipe states.

Glazed Almond Bundt Cake

I made this to bring to a family gathering. I left out the ground almonds and sliced almonds because my father can't eat them. My family memebers liked it, but I thought it tasted to extract-like.

Amy's Delicious Turkey Burgers

I only used 1 tsp red pepper and it was still a bit spicey, too much so for my kids. I added a bit of worcestershire and cooked them in the broiler. I ate mine on a wheat bun with colby-jack cheese. It was good that way, but alone still lacked some flavor.

Chicken Marsala

Yummy! I made just as instructed and it was great! It took more like 15 minutes to get all the pink out of the chicken, but it was fantastic. I loved it and so did the rest of my family!

Barbecue Chicken Wings

I used about half a bag of frozen mixed wings and legs. I cooked in oven for 35 mins as directed on the package of chicken and then put in the crock pot. I only left it in for about 45 mins because I was running short on time. Me and my husband liked them a lot, but my kids did not. They thought they were spicy. I think this will be something I just make for the two of us in the future.

Orange Rosemary Chicken

I made this last night and it was yummy! I left out the chives because I didn't have any and everybody gobbled it up. I wish I would have made more! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I felt the orange taste was a little strong.

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

I used this for cubed steak and used black pepper instead of white pepper. I cooked on the stovetop after marinading in fridge for 1/2 hour. I poured left over marinade into pan with it as it cooked. Came out very flavorful!

Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing

The taste was okay, but the icing was way too thin, even with adding extra powdered sugar. And like another reviewer said, the icing seemed to seperate if you stop mixing it.

Maple Icing

The taste was good, but the texture wasn't what I expected. Maybe I didn't cream the butter and cream cheese well enough. I did as others did and put in 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1 1/2 tsp maple.

Country Style Fried Potatoes

I substituted canola oil for the shortening and used slightly less. I didn't have paprika, so I used 1/4 tsp chilli powder instead and also added some onion powder. Came out delicious and crispy on the outside.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

These brownies were good, but I didn't give them 5 stars because I cooked them for 30 minutes only and the outsides were starting to burn. The inside brownies were good, but could have been chewier. Next time I will turn the temperature down a bit or cut down on the cooking time even more. I only used 1 c white & 1 c brown sugar like people suggested.

Double Quick Dinner Rolls

I used garlic powder instead of onion powder like others suggested. They came out nice and soft on the inside, but I think the taste was still a little off, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars.
