Pumpkin Cheese Bread II
This bread turns out amazing! If you're considering making a pumpkin bread like I was, you won't be disappointed in this one.
I followed the recipe but I cooked it in a bundt cakepan for around 40 minutes and then, I let it sit like it says to for ten minutes. It popped right out and looked beautiful. I'm not the greatest cook and this presentation even surprised me.
Needless to say, it tasted so good my husband didn't believe me when I told him I made it from scratch; he thought I bought it at the store. Thanks Tina-- I'm grateful to you for sharing such a perfect recipe. Now we all can use up those extra cans of pumpkin that seem to accumulate :)
