Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2013
This is delicious! Sometimes I will cut the recipe and make it just for me. I use link sausage instead of ground, however and I like it better. Smoky Grillers are an excellent choice, especially the cheddar ones!

Banana Bread VII

So yummy and light! I am sure it would be great on its own, but I cannot leave a recipe alone. :) I modified this one a little using 2c. baking mix (I ran out before getting the final 1/3), I used 1/2c. brown sugar and 1/2c. white sugar, added 2tsp cinnamon, 1tsp nutmeg and 1tsp ground clove. I was so excited to finally find a recipe that didn't require baking soda since I was out and I didn't feel like going to the store. Thanks!

Wonderful, easy recipe to prepare! I didn't have any vanilla chips, coconut or almonds, but even so, this recipe makes a delicious cookie.

Easy Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2011
I had to tweak this just a bit (mainly due to roomies eating all the ingredients, lol) but I used this recipe for measurements. I was out of cream of chicken, but I had cream of chicken with mushroom. I was out of macaroni, but used spaghetti and I had to use pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar. I would have preferred cheddar. I had to add a little milk because the casserole seemed too dry. I would suggest adding about a cup even if you follow the recipe exactly. I threw in some rosemary, thyme and cracked pepper (black, white AND red) just because I like them. Kudos to the creator for making such a yummy, versatile recipe! I had to make something easy to heat up at my busy job and didn't have time to go to the store for the exact ingredients.
