Braised Balsamic Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2014
I used chicken thighs instead of breasts and used garlic powder instead of garlic salt. I thought it was great and the bf raved about it. Will be making this one again for sure.

Cajun Spiced Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2011
This recipe was a big disappointment. I was really expecting something better. The only change I made was to use garlic powder instead of garlic salt. Found it to be bland. Will try to add some flavor to the leftovers, but I won't be making this one again.

Chicken with Asparagus and Roasted Red Peppers

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2011
This is literally one of my favorite dishes. I could eat it twice a week and still love it. I prefer to get fresh tomatos and core and seed them. I also double the amount of veggies instead of using pasta or rice. I double the amount of garlic and balsamic. This dish is amazing :)
