I doubled the spices but omitted cloves, as I didn't have any. Baked about an hour in disposable 9.5x6 pans. This bread is excellent -- Very moist and dense, but not TOO dense, just fluffy enough. A nice mild pumpkiny flavor that's not too spicy or sweet. Next time I would probably add more spices and perhaps use ginger as well so there's a bit more bite. I imagine this will taste just delicious with a cup of coffee. I made a loaf with milk chocolate chips as well, which came out good, but the milk chocolate was a bit too sweet and overwhelms the pumpkin flavor -- I'll use less chips next time and maybe use semisweet or white chips instead. Overall a tasty bread and I'll make it again.
