These are so good! I made mine with vanilla flavored almond milk. I topped mine with raspberry jam and a few(about 12 or so) chocolate chips :)

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2011
I was looking for a muffin recipe this morning and I ran into this one. I did not have brown sugar to make the crumbs. But I LOVE this recipe! I canged a few things though. I used 3/4 and 1/3 white sugar, added 2 shakes of pumpkin spicce, 3 shakes of cinimon, and used 4 bananas. It was full of flavor and baked wonderfully! Also, I was able to make 14 muffins. Once I get my hands on some brown sugar I will make this again! Thanks for sharing!

Caramel Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2011
These are great cookies! I didn't use walnuts in the cookies. I also used half of the recipie and subsituted 1/8 of the sugar for splenda. The cookies have a little but of caramel tast but when you bite into them you don't think caramel. I loved these cookies though and will make these again! Thank you for sharing your recipe!

Banana Cake II

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2011
I made this cake just for fun and i had always wondered what a banana cake tasted like! I was very good i made it as cupcakes and used half of the recipe. I changed a few things though. I had just baked something before this and used the last eggs so i used buttermilk i also subsituted buttermilk for sour milk. And i used 1/3 of the amount of sugar as brown sugar. I would use this recipe again :)

Very good! I did NOT use a chocolate cake mix but made it from scratch. I did this by folling a cake recipe and just using the dry ingretents. The next time i make these i will try a diffrent flavor.

Chocolate Sandwich Cookies II

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2011
Great recipe! I made the cookies chewey to my taste (7 minutes). Also I changed the recipe a little and added wip cream! I made this recipe twice today once red velvet flavored and one chocolate. With the red velvet I used cream cheese frosting. But with the chocolate I made them into a cylinder shape and instead of using frosting I made wipcream! So good!

Creamy Chocolate Frosting

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2011
BEST chocolate frosting ever! Love it! So creamy, so rich, so delightful, and YUMMY! The vanilla adds a nice flavor to it! Tips: Do not try to frost cupcakes or brownies when the frosting has been in the fridge, the frosting will be too stiff and break the cake/brownie. For an easier time frosting let it get to room temp. before frosting. Also I have used this recipie before in making cake pops but it make it tastes like a brownie! Soo good! Best frosting ever! Goes great in cake pops, on yellow cake, and brownies! LOVE IT!
