Perfect Turkey

The only tricky part (for me) was the brining - I used a brining bag that didn't quite all the whole turkey to be covered. I compensated by rotating the turkey in the brine to make sure all parts of the bird had some time to soak. It still came out moist and delicious!

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

Delicious! It tasted great the day after too, once all the flavors combined overnight. I may make this the day before the meal next time!

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

My boyfriend usually doesn't like sweet potatoes, but he liked this! It could almost be a dessert. I boiled the potatoes as the recipe stated (because I didn't have the oven space for roasting like other reviewers suggested) and felt the flavor came out great!
