Meatball Nirvana
Couple of changes (not intentionally). I did not have red pepper flakes so I used cayenne pepper instead. I used italian croutons smashed up. Didn't have worcestershire sauce so I used soy. Used pepper and more salt. More meat also because I ended up using about a cup of the croutons. Okay so these were the best freaking meatballs I have ever had. I loved the spiciness! I used them in spicy and zesty spaghetti sauce with motts cheese. Thank you!

Vegan Cupcakes
Very good. My little brother loved them so much he asked me to make them for his birthday. He said forget cake lol. I used a vegan buttercream frosting I found on here and substituted the shortening for coconut oil.

Buttercream Icing
I did the recipe exactly how stated except I used coconut oil instead of shortening and add the sugar in 2 cups at a time. I mixed at high also. I had a few lumps but using a spoon to smash them I got most of them out. I probably had lumps because of the cocnut oil, I'm not sure. It was pretty good just a tad bit sweet to me so I'm thinking I'll probably use half the sugar next time.
