Tilapia Soft Tacos with Chipotle Cream

I am a chef and served this for a friday fish special and was sold out within an hour! I used a different sauce but the fish was great. The cinnamon and cumin together smells and tastes amazing!

Famous Chicken Francaise

Tasted great! My method was different but kept the ingredients the same. Maybe add a little more lemon juice to taste. Also very good if u deglaze the pan after cooking chicken with white wine.
