This was an excellent starting point for me. I made changes only because I used ingredients I had on hand, and adjusted for my family's taste. I made the following changes: I omitted the celery and the parsley (because I didn't have any of either), and subbed a can of black beans for the cannellini beans (again, because I didn't have any). I doubled the spices, because we like our chili pretty spicy. I rated it 4 stars only because even with doubling the spices, it still wasn't that spicy, so I'd imagine the original would be a bit bland. I threw it together before church this morning and am sitting in front of a football game eating it now. It couldn't be easier!
