Pizza Dough III
I had to change a few things on this, but it's an OK base recipe. I had to add almost 3/4 of a cup of extra flour, bake it at 400 instead of 350 to avoid the middle getting soggy ... and I also recommend putting the sugar in with the warm water and yeast to help the yeast rise more. I've always been taught to bake bread that way and I just find it works better.

Soft Sugar Cookies IV
These were a huge hit with my Hub and Mother-in-law ... because of the reviews I had read, I cut the salt in half. I also rolled 1/3 of my cookies in Cinamon Sugar, did 1/3 normal and the other 1/3 I added some walnuts to. They didn't even last 24hours! haha. I'll have to make them again, but I think I'll add some frosting and some Hersey's kisses too =)

I used to eat this as a kid when I lived in Canada with lots of Native Americans, but instead I used 1/2 of milk and 1 cup of water ... I made a plate of these and my Dad ate 6!!! hahaha They taste amazing with some Smoked Salmon.
