Peanut Butter and Pumpkin Dog Treats

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2013
I love making these for my 5 dogs. I make it one step easier by pressing the batter into a lined/sprayed cookie sheet and baking it for 30 minutes. I flip it out immediately and slice with a pizza cutter right away. My variations are: I use the full can of pumpkin, 1/2 C oatmeal, 2T molasses, sometimes I add shredded apple. I tried to post a photo, sorry it wouldn't load, but my dogs do not care that the treats are in small squares-The are quickly eaten!~!

Great moist chicken-recommend doubling the sauce for rice or noodles. I used white sugar, chopped up fresh ginger. Easy to make-looks like a million!~!

Waffles I

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2012
A practical recipe that produces a good tasting waffle that can solve the problem of whats for breakfast-INSTANTLY!~! Whether you are a single person or a large family having this batter mixed and ready to use is great. This recipe makes it easy to have a fresh hot waffle whenever you want. Good taste and texture. I believe that the batter is actually better days after you mix it-just stir it up and pour!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2011
This is a flavorful meatloaf!! I used 2 lbs of beef, 3 T worchester sauce, pkg. of onion soup mix, 1/2 c chopped onions , 1/2c milk, & 3 eggs, 1 C seasoned breadcrumbs. I packed the 1/2c brown sugar onto the top and drizzled alittle(approx 1/4c) mustard and then covered it with 1/2c catsup. I feel with the sugars and sauce on top it bakes into the meatloaf and doesn't sit in the juices. Baked for 1 hour at 350

Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2011
I read through the reviews. I thickened the chicken mixture, used frozen mixed veggies, added milk, poultry seasoning and a little pepper. I made the biscuits with buttermilk and I would compare this with a chicken and dumplins recipe. Just like others have said, the biscuits are not biscuity-more like dumplins Overall, it was a feel-good recipe.

Dessert Crepes

Reviewed: May 14, 2011
I have tried SO many times to create crepes-these are the BEST. Just spray the pan between crepes and on a medium heat let the first side cook until you can lift the edges to flip it. I added a 1/2 t of mexican vanilla to the mix, sliced up strawberries, whipped cream and rolled them up dusted with powdered sugar. Delicious!

Four Egg Yellow Cake

Depending on what you are looking for this is a very vanilla flavored dense texture cake. Good flavor. I only have one piece left--if I hadn't said I'd save it for my husband I'd eat it myself!!
