Blueberry Upside-Down Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2003
Husband loved it! I did not change a thing except for the addition of the nuts. And I did not use a springform pan b/c I did not have one and I used frozen blueberries. Still turned out delicious, and makes a great presentation too.. I's make this again.

Scottish Oat Scones

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2003
Excellent scone recipe. I added chopped fruit bits instead of just currants and shaped them into individual round shapes and at first a I was a bit worried because the dough was very sticky but they turned out fine afterall. My office mates seem to enjoy them. Thank you!

Malooba

Reviewed: May 19, 2003
Good recipe. It is a bit time consuming and frustrating since you need 3-4 different pots to make it the wasy suggested but I am sure the end result is very pretty. Mine did not look that pretty but tasted good. I'd make it again.

My Favorite Soup

Reviewed: May 19, 2003
This soup is pretty good. It is easy and tastey especially if you like cream based sort of bland soups. I probably will not make it again since I am not a big fan of the creamy soups. I substituted light butter and low fat cream cheese and turned out just fine.

Cranberry Oatmeal Drops

Reviewed: May 19, 2003
Maybe because I used splenda instead of sugar, this recipe did not turn out for me at all. My husband still is eating the cookies even though they turned out all crunchy and granola like.
