Sausage Alfredo Stuffed Peppers

I made this last night and used the recipe ingredients listed except for the bacon and mushrooms.(only because I didn't have them and was too lazy to go to the store!) So I decided to add in a cup of cooked rice to the stuffing, because I did have that. My family absolutely loved them. Maybe I shouldn't rate it because I didn't make it as listed, but I plan on making it with the bacon and mushrooms and I'm certain it will be delicious. Thanks so much for the idea of using the alfredo sauce. A great change from the typical tomato based sauce used on peppers. Will definitely make again!

Golden Pork Chops

Unfortunately I did not care for the taste of this at all and did not like the looks of it either. After making it exactly as stated and not liking it, I attempted to doctor it up with some cream of mushroom soup and various spices to make it edible.I'm giving it two stars just because I was able to fix it so my family would eat it. Will not make again.

Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese II

i was really not impressed with this recipe. I could not imagine cooking this for as long as the recipe indicates. Then I tried it with the velveeta, and it was better. i think it would be ok if your'e home to stir it every now and then, and add additional milk when needed. definitely don't cook the pasta ahead of time.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

excellent recipe,one you can play with. I added chopped onions,and minced garlic. used six breasts. Cooked on high 3 hrs, shredded, cooked on warm setting for 1 1/2 hrs. because that's when I needed it to be done. family loved it. I didn't add flour like others suggested, because we love the messiness! Will definitely make again! thanks for the recipe!

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker

made this with six thick boneless chops. followed others advice using 1/4 c. soy sauce, 1/2 c. brown sugar, and 1/2 c. ketchup. I also added 1/4 c. honey.I also added mushrooms, green peppers, and onion. I cooked 6 hrs. on low,then added cornstarch to thicken. Family loved it. served sauce over noodles. I loved the taste, but found it to be dry. But it was delicious cut up with sauce all over it.I will definitely make again, but will try with bone-in chops.
